General rental information

Please call us as soon as you know you will need the equipment. We can reserve equipment as soon as you know you'll need it. There is no fee. 

We require a valid drivers license to rent equipment and be 18 years of age or older.

We accept cash, check, or credit card.  All rentals are required to be paid for at pickup or delivery. 

Large items will require a valid Certificate of insurance in order to rent. Please consult your insurance agent or have your agent reach out to us if you need help. Smaller items are offered with in house insurance options. 

4 hours - must be returned by the end of 4 hours or daily rate will be charged

daily rental - 24 hours 

weekly rental - 7 calendar days

monthly rental - 28 calendar days

All rentals are charged for time out, even if not used. 

You may be charged for additional hours on machines, standard rate are  8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 160 hours per month. additional charges may accumulate for extra hours. Delivery and pickup not included in rental costs.
